What is my current electronic margin?
Your electronic margin is displayed on the invoice your store
receives from EPAY or TOUCH
If you are querying your margin, please contact your account
manager who will help you with your enquiry.
What are the review period dates and what are my current
shipments or activations for this period?
Review period: Generally reviews take place
every six months and can take up to three months after this time to
be implemented, meaning it could be nine months in total before the
new margin applies.
Shipment period: The shipment and activation
process is advised by our reporting team. We recommend you to
contact your account manager directly for more detailed
information.
When will my next electronic margin be
updated?
Margin reviews occur twice a year between October –
November and April – March.
For special circumstances, agreed margin and approval can take
effect within two weeks after confirmation.
How do I get an electronic recharge terminal?
Optus Prepaid mobile recharge cards are available for sale as
vouchers, through electronic vending terminals and systems offered
by Epay and Touch Networks in Australia. If you don’t currently
have an electronic terminal offered by one of these providers, and
would like more information about the benefits of selling Optus
prepaid products by this method, the following are the contact
