Delivery for ‘Metropolitan’ areas unless for unseen circumstances i.e. no severe/major traffic issue should be as stated below

  • Within 24 hours if orders are placed and paid for before 12:00pm* **
  • Within 48 hours for orders placed and paid for after 12:00pm* **

*It is recommended to place your order and make full payment before 10am if you want to secure a delivery time within 24 hours.

**Exceptions apply e.g. Delivery is possible after 6pm until 8pm for VIC

Delivery for ‘Regional’ areas unless for unseen circumstances i.e. no severe/major traffic issue should be as stated below:

  • Within 48 hours if orders are placed and paid for before 12:00pm* **

*Times are not guaranteed although all efforts are made to deliver within given timeframes. In regional areas, it may take up to five days or more for deliveries. 

**In some circumstance, extra delivery services may be required

Placement and fulfilment of orders:

The Retailer may place an order for Products in accordance with the ordering procedures notified by PrePaid Services (PPS) from time to time:

(b) PPS will deliver the ordered Products to the Retailer to the address specified in the order, unless otherwise agreed by PPS.

(c) PPS will use its reasonable endeavours to inform the Retailer if it becomes aware that it is unable to deliver the Products within a reasonable time.

(d) If PPS has not supplied ordered Products within 30 days after the date of the order, the Retailer (as its sole remedy) may cancel the order for those Products by notice in writing to PPS.

Any warranty or guarantee offered on our goods or services is in addition to your other rights and remedies as a consumer under Australian law, including those available under the Australian Consumer Law. For example, exceptions apply to cancellation fees if you terminate in accordance with our warranty or guarantee offered on our goods or services or in accordance with your statutory rights including the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
